Is there a visit and diagnosis charge?

Yes. Washing machine visit and diagnosis charges start from ₹399 and will be confirmed before the technician visit. The visit and diagnosis charge covers the technician's travel and inspection of one appliance. If you approve and complete the recommended repair with Homexa Repair, the visit charge will be adjusted against the final repair bill. Parts and labour charges are additional and will be shared for approval before work begins. The visit charge remains payable if you decline the repair, no fault is found, the appliance or premises cannot be accessed, or the repair is not completed through Homexa Repair. Any additional appliance inspected during the same visit may attract a separate diagnosis charge.

Can I bring my washing machine to your service centre?

Yes. You can bring the machine to our appliance repair service centre at Vazhakkala, Kakkanad. Send an enquiry first so we can confirm timing.

Is there a warranty on the repair?

Repairs completed by Homexa Repair include a 90-day warranty from the date the repair is completed.
