How the enquiry form works
This website does not email your enquiry, does not send it to a Homexa Repair server and does not save it in a website database.

The values you type stay in the form in your current browser and are not submitted to Homexa Repair.
When you continue
Your browser places the enquiry details, in encoded form, into a WhatsApp click-to-chat web address and passes that address to WhatsApp so the message can be prepared.
Reviewing the message
WhatsApp opens with the message already written. You can read it, edit it or close it.
When we receive it
Homexa Repair receives your enquiry only if you press Send inside WhatsApp.
WhatsApp, your browser and your device
WhatsApp is provided by Meta. WhatsApp, your browser or your device may process or retain the message or the page you opened according to their own behaviour and policies, which we do not control.
What the message contains
The message contains your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, the appliance you selected, your location and your description of the problem.
Where sent messages are handled
The Homexa Repair website does not store your enquiry in a website database, CRM or email system. If you review the prepared message and press Send, the conversation is handled within WhatsApp. WhatsApp and the devices or accounts using it may retain the conversation according to their own settings, behaviour, terms and privacy practices.
Homexa Repair does not create or retain a separate website copy of the enquiry.

Please do not send bank or card details, identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply about it and to arrange a repair. No marketing messages are planned.
Unwanted messages
WhatsApp can still receive unwanted or spam messages. Blocking and reporting a chat is done inside WhatsApp itself.

No cookies and no analytics tools are active on this website today. This section is updated if measurement tools are added.
