Most refrigerators are diagnosed at your home, and a drop-off at our Vazhakkala service centre is possible where the unit can be transported safely.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a visit and diagnosis charge?

Yes. Refrigerator visit and diagnosis charges start from ₹399 and will be confirmed before the technician visit. The visit and diagnosis charge covers the technician's travel and inspection of one appliance. If you approve and complete the recommended repair with Homexa Repair, the visit charge will be adjusted against the final repair bill. Parts and labour charges are additional and will be shared for approval before work begins. The visit charge remains payable if you decline the repair, no fault is found, the appliance or premises cannot be accessed, or the repair is not completed through Homexa Repair. Any additional appliance inspected during the same visit may attract a separate diagnosis charge.

Should I empty the refrigerator before the visit?

Clearing perishable items and allowing access to the rear of the unit helps the technician work quickly, but it is not mandatory.

Is there a warranty on the repair?

Repairs completed by Homexa Repair include a 90-day warranty from the date the repair is completed.

Do you repair appliances from my brand?
