If you approve and complete the recommended repair with Homexa Repair, the visit charge will be adjusted against the final repair bill. Parts and labour charges are additional and will be shared for approval before work begins. The visit charge remains payable if you decline the repair, no fault is found, the appliance or premises cannot be accessed, or the repair is not completed through Homexa Repair. Any additional appliance inspected during the same visit may attract a separate diagnosis charge.
