This service is for homes, flats and small offices with a split or window air conditioner that is not cooling properly or is behaving unusually. Air conditioners are diagnosed at your location, since both the indoor and outdoor unit may need to be checked.
Common problems we diagnose
The unit runs but the room does not cool. Reduced cooling has several possible causes, so the technician diagnoses the reason before recommending any work.
Water drips from the indoor unit onto the wall or floor. The drainage path and indoor unit are checked during the visit.
Rattling, buzzing or grinding from either unit. Please mention which unit the noise comes from in your enquiry.
The air conditioner stops on its own during operation. The technician inspects the unit to identify why it is shutting down.
About refrigerant and cooling loss
Low refrigerant is a symptom, not a diagnosis. A refrigerant top-up is only recommended after establishing why the refrigerant was lost, and a leak check may be required first. We do not quote a flat gas-refilling price before the unit has been inspected, and cooling results depend on the diagnosed fault.
